Note to Authors

The registration system is open! NOTE: Please complete your registration on PC since the mobile version is not supported at present.

Each accepted paper (except workshop papers) must have at least one author registered at a professional member rate for All Events (see below). Papers for which the only registered authors are students must have one of the students register at the full (i.e., non-student) rate.

Each accepted workshop paper must have at least one author registered at a professional member rate for Workshop or All Events. Workshop papers for which the only registered authors are students must have one of the students register at the full (i.e., non-student) rate for Workshop or All Events.

The deadline for early registration is 23:59 of 31 Jan 2019 AoE.

For questions about the registration, please contactsaner19@zju.edu.cn. Specially, we provide an invitation letter for the Chinese participants for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 31 Jan 2019. There will be an administrative fee of 2% deducted from each refund.
